Hire Feed is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Associate to work remotely on a full-time basis. You will manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting while upholding accounting standards.

The role requires strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and experience with AP/AR or GL. You will prepare monthly statements and support budgeting and controls across the finance function.

• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet tools such as Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for stakeholders is required.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in financial records is required.

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
