Syneos Health Italy S.R.L. is seeking a CRA II / Senior CRA I to support real-world late phase and late‑stage clinical monitoring across Italy.

You will perform site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close‑out visits, on-site or remote, ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP and IP adherence and accurate data capture. The role requires up to 75% travel, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Aufgaben

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close‑out visits.
• Communicates/escalates serious issues to the project team and develops action plans.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and relevant regulations.
• Verifies informed consent documentation for each subject.
• Supports site recruitment, retention and data tracking.
