Job summary

CTI is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA to support sites in Italy, focusing on regulatory compliance and timely deliverables. You will act as the main CTI contact for assigned sites and manage site visits throughout pre-study through close-out phases.

The role requires 3–5 years of CRA experience with a strong life-science background, and solid English proficiency. This position offers remote or hybrid work options with growth opportunities within CTI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years clinical research experience as a CRA or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Life science background with ability to interpret study documents.
• Fluent English written and spoken (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Serve as main CTI contact for assigned study sites.
• Conduct PSV, SIV, IMV and COV site visits and deliverables on time.
• Oversee start-up activities, feasibility, and site selection.
• Collect and track essential regulatory documents and IP accountability.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to training and updates.
