Eaton Corporation is seeking a Regional Senior Key Account Manager – Data Center OEM to lead strategic, high-value OEM relationships across the EMEA data center cooling and infrastructure market. You will drive design-ins for the PMCC portfolio, including MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, fuses, and VSDs, enabling safe and reliable power distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field.
• 5–9 years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic/key account management.
• Experience managing complex OEM or global key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEMs across multiple countries.
• Drive demand generation, identify opportunities, and convert them into wins.
• Engage OEM customers early in design cycles to influence architectures and platforms.
• Build executive sponsorship and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
