TGM Research is seeking a Client Service Director to lead the EMEA & America client service teams from a fully remote setting, preferably based in Italy, Poland, Portugal or Spain. You will drive regional sales strategy, own revenue targets and profitability, and mentor the team to deliver high-impact projects.

Formación

• 5–10 years in market research, online panels or related field.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Experience owning regional or territory revenue targets and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional sales targets, P&L and profitability across EMEA & America.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives to enter new markets and grow revenue.
• Translate company strategy into action within the client service team.
• Lead high-level pitches, negotiations and client meetings to win new business.
• Develop and mentor the client service team to maintain excellence.
• Set direction on sales and account management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review complex proposals and quotes prepared by junior team members.
• Oversee regional project portfolios, resourcing and timelines.
• Set sampling strategies and contribute to fieldwork quality standards.
• Provide senior oversight on high-profile projects.
• Track KPIs and territory performance to improve margins.
• Represent TGM Research at events and help shape new products/services
