Seakeeper is seeking a Factory Technical Representative to serve as the frontline technical expert for customers across EMEA. You will install, commission, train, and troubleshoot gyro and Ride systems, coordinating parts, travel, and field reports to ensure installations perform at peak efficiency.

You will travel primarily in Italy and the Greater Liguria region, with occasional broader European and international travel, while maintaining safety and quality as top priorities.

Competenze

• Degree from a college, technical institute, or equivalent hands‑on work experience.
• 2–3 years of marine industry experience with engines, hydraulics, gyroscopes, or fin systems.
• Positive, professional, customer‑centric attitude.
• Fluency in English & Italian.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Able to lift 30 kg and travel up to 70% (incl. nights/weekends).
• Remote work capable with autonomous, self‑driven approach.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute service interventions start to finish — prep parts/tools, coordinate shipping, book travel.
• Complete commissioning reports for gyro installations.
• Own Ride OEM integrations from blueprint to sea trial; lead installations for demos/trainings.
• Train regional partners to ensure installations become long‑term successes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and email; provide field support to dealers/OEMs.
