Jobgether is seeking a Property Management Team Lead based in Italy. This remote leadership role oversees end-to-end property management operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative workflows.

You will lead a distributed virtual team and align daily activities with occupancy and revenue goals. The role emphasizes data, reporting, and process optimization to improve tenant experience, occupancy, and collections.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential or multifamily property management.
• Experience supervising leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative staff.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with attention to metrics.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours and communicate in professional English.

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day property management across a remote team.
• Oversee leasing lifecycle from lead to move-ins.
• Monitor occupancy, leads, delinquency, and rental collections.
• Manage rental listings on multiple platforms.
• Review guest cards, applications, and reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors.
• Coach and manage virtual team members with daily guidance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Bridge between frontline teams and senior management.
