Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Project Cost Administrator for a fully remote role within an international project team. The position focuses on keeping project cost information accurate, complete, and up to date to support project decisions by Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors.

You will process dockets, POs, cost codes, timesheets, and labor/plant records, maintaining 99%+ coding accuracy and coordinating with suppliers remotely.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in project or cost administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Workbench required.
• Experience handling dockets, purchase orders, and cost records.
• Strong data-entry and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Process supplier delivery dockets and match to POs.
• Maintain project cost codes and timesheets.
• Enter and maintain cost data in Workbench.
• Identify and resolve data-quality discrepancies.
• Provide cost information to Project Managers and Engineers.
• Keep an outstanding docket register.
• Coordinate with suppliers and site teams remotely.
