bwise Media, a global media agency specializing in monetizing sports websites and apps, seeks an experienced Paid Social Manager to own campaigns from setup to optimization. You will manage Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic/popup efforts, briefing clients and presenting results.

This remote role in Europe involves leveraging AI tools to boost performance, while staying compliant with iGaming policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is strongly preferred, with knowledge of sports betting advertising.
• Practical experience with Programmatic and Popunder advertising, including setup, management and optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, particularly Paid Search/PPC, including campaign setup and management.
• Proven client-facing experience, able to independently manage relationships and present results.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other Paid Social platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven, performance-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflow.
• Proactive, independent, solution-oriented approach with strong teamwork and communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Europe with ability to collaborate across an international team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage and optimize Programmatic and Popunder campaigns as part of broader performance marketing.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and implement optimization strategies to hit client goals.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, managing communication and relationships.
• Prepare and present performance reports, translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting and daily workflows.
• Stay ahead of platform developments and advertising regulations for iGaming.
