Job summary

Propelis in Lombardy, Milano area is seeking an Artwork Coordinator to manage packaging art across markets. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment for regional labels, coordinating with marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, R&D and supply chain.

Based mainly remotely with occasional Milan office attendance, you will oversee end-to-end artwork processes, review files for print readiness, and maintain version control to support timely launches across EMEA in FMCG

Qualifications

• Significant experience coordinating artwork for packaging.
• Experience with packaging production processes and prepress.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end artwork process from briefing to final approval.
• Manage updates for launches, regulatory changes, and continuity.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, quality, R&D and supply chain.
• Work with repro agencies, suppliers and printers to ensure print readiness.
• Review artwork files for compliance and consistency.
• Track timelines and manage deadlines for timely delivery.
• Maintain version control and approvals for traceability.
• Support harmonization across markets for efficiency.
