Gualapack S.p.A. seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive the Pharma packaging business in Europe.

You will manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities and promote innovative packaging solutions across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device and healthcare markets. Fluent in English with a willingness to travel frequently across Europe, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Customer Service, Quality, R&D and Operations to deliver outstanding service and

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in international B2B sales.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging or flexible packaging is a plus.
• Experience in new business development and customer acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Sales Area Management: Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio.
• Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and turn them into growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service, Quality, R&D and Operations to ensure a high level of service.
• Business Development: Research and develop new business opportunities in the European Pharma and Healthcare market.
• Map the main industry players, including Pharma Companies, CDMO, CMO, nutraceutical manufacturers and medical device companies.
• Generate new contacts through prospecting, networking, trade fairs and industry events.
• Plan sales visits and presentations with customers and prospects.
• Promote new applications and innovative solutions developed by the company.
• Support the development of commercial pipelines and growth plans for target markets.
• Achieve new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Identify new segments, applications and development areas.
• Share market insights with management and corporate functions.
