MARCO DAL MASO is seeking a part-time freelance Customer Experience & Clienteling Specialist to support customers throughout their journey. You will combine care with personalised clienteling, advising on sizing, materials, gifting and made-to-order options while building relationships with returning clients.

Work involves cross-channel communication, order coordination with the Italy team, and creating Shopify drafts or payment links when appropriate.

Competenze

Premium or luxury customer service experience required.
Comfortable advising on products, materials and made-to-order options.
Excellent written English and confident speaking with customers.
Warm, polished, natural communication with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

Manage customer conversations across email, website inquiries and approved channels.
Advise customers on products, sizing, materials, gifting and made-to-order options.
Follow up on warm inquiries, quotations and bespoke requests.
Build relationships with returning and high-value customers through personalised outreach.
Coordinate product information, availability, production estimates and delivery updates with our team in Italy.
Support order-status, sizing, repair and aftercare inquiries, escalating when needed.
Create Shopify draft orders or payment links within guidelines.
Keep notes on customer preferences, open inquiries and follow-ups.
Share a weekly update on open opportunities and recurring questions.
