Taller Marmo, a luxury womenswear brand in Milan, seeks an E-commerce Personal Shopping and Client Experience Specialist to join on site in Milan. Requirements include at least 5 years in Luxury Retail/Hospitality, fluency in English and Italian, and strong Ecommerce/CRM experience.

You will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Production to deliver exceptional client journeys.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury/Hospitality.
• Experience with CRM, client management, ticketing, or clienteling tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver best-in-class service across the client journey.
• Advise clients on orders, product info, sizing, appointments, and custom creations.
• Manage returns through internal systems.
• Act as Brand ambassador with personalized solutions and events.
• Maintain high client care in messages, resolutions, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics for smooth orders.
