The role emphasizes independent work, timely delivery, and high-quality legal output. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Luxembourg and have strong drafting and negotiating skills.

The position focuses on SaaS, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other tech company agreements, with flexibility and autonomy in selecting projects and managing schedules.

Competenze

• Licensed avocat in Luxembourg, in good standing with the Luxembourg Bar.
• 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
