- Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Gather information on client preferences and requests.
- Research available accommodations, activities, transportation, and options.
- Assist with coordinating booking arrangements from start to confirmation.
- Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate confirmations and important details to clients.
- Assist with adjustments and special requests as needed.
- Maintain organized booking records and client information.
- Follow up when additional information is required.
- Communicate with suppliers and service providers as needed.
- Provide timely and professional client support.
