The role combines client communication, online research, reservations coordination and follow-up, with a focus on delivering detailed, accurate planning and excellent service in a fully remote environment.

• Assist with modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements.
