Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support the training and evaluation of AI capabilities for contract management platforms in Italian. This flexible remote role is open to legal professionals, contract specialists, or law graduates who can contribute to multilingual data annotation and quality reviews.

The position is part-time (25+ hours/week) on a freelance basis with immediate start. Rate: 24.30 USD/hour. You will work in secure client environments to shape AI for international contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract or legal domain with ability to interpret international contracts.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Familiarity with data annotation or ML data evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multilingual legal-domain data collection, evaluation, and annotation.
• Analyzing clauses, obligations, and terms within complex business agreements.
• Participating in onboarding, calibration sessions, and targeted quality reviews.
• Collaborating on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments.
