Lever, Inc. is seeking a part-time freelance Legal Annotator to support AI training for contract management platforms.

Work is remote with 25+ flexible hours per week, starting immediately, and lasting through the end of October. You will perform multilingual data collection, evaluation, and annotation on international contracts, analyze clauses and obligations, and participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and quality reviews in secure client environments.

Qualifications

• Contract or legal domain expertise with strong interpretation and contract-review skills.
• Fluency in English alongside the target language.
• Prior data-annotation or ML data evaluation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Annotate multilingual contracts and related data across international agreements.
• Analyze clauses, obligations, and terms within complex contracts.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and targeted quality reviews.
• Collaborate on multi-use-case workflows in secure client environments.
