Job summary

Lever, Inc. supports a partner organization by sourcing an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Italy for a fully remote six-month contract.

You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create interactive content for an Australian organization. You’ll handle storyboards, content, LMS/SCORM integration, and QA to ensure accessible, visually appealing resources aligned with learning

Qualifications

• At least two years of instructional design or related education/training experience.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate tools to build interactive courses.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM, plus tracking learner progress.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and scripts for audio/video.
• Basic HTML and CSS for minor edits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Attention to quality, usability, and learning outcomes.
• Preferred: Moodle experience; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in an RTO not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts to support learning objectives.
• Develop, organize, and manage learning content for LMS and SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable learning resources and positive learner experience.
• Ensure learning materials comply with standards, visual guidelines, copyright and IP rules.
• Develop supporting resources and training to facilitate effective e-learning delivery.
• Support the design, development, implementation, and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with instructional designers, SMEs, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review and improve existing programs, suggesting instructional method updates.
