Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy. You will implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions, providing on-site and remote support to customers across Europe while collaborating with product, sales and project teams.

The role requires a biomedical/IT background, strong communication skills, Italian and English fluency, and willingness to travel 50–70% across Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers; ensure effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions; support customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
