Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy with a remote-working model. You will support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and IT systems, collaborating with lab staff and cross-functional teams to align solutions with clinical workflows.

You will train users, provide on-site and remote support, ensure regulatory compliance, and document activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and workflows.
• Fluency in Italian and English; one EU language required.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency via automation.
• Act as technical expert for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to deliver projects.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
