Mansioni

• Oversee full accounting cycle: posting invoices, payments, reconciliations.
• Post Italian passive invoices and review foreign invoices.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle tax compliance: VAT returns and filings.
• Manage treasury: cash flow monitoring and payments.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with data insights.
• Collaborate on ERP projects and tools.
• Coordinate with group-wide finance teams across countries.

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to become the key finance partner for our Italian brands. In this role, you will help ensure the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of our business in Italy, working closely with local and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliations
• Posting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoices
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Tax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisors
• Managing treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payments execution
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial data and insights
• Supporting group-wide projects and initiatives (e.g. ERP system, new tools)
• Collaborating across functions and countries within the group on finance-related matters

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Italian companies
• Strong technical Excel skills
• Proficient in English
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
