Axalta is seeking an Internal Sales Representative at our Cavenago, Italy facility to manage the inside sales cycle for our architectural coatings solutions. You will qualify inquiries, provide technical guidance on powder chemistries, prepare quotes, and drive revenue growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in inside sales in industrial sectors, strong Excel and CRM skills, and fluent Italian and English; Spanish is a plus. Remote work is not anticipated.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Support in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to read basic technical specifications, blueprints, or engineering drawings.
• Professional, clear, persuasive communication over phone and email.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce, SAP).
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Inbound & outbound prospecting: qualify inquiries and identify new business.
• Technical consultation: assist customers in selecting appropriate powder chemistry and finishes.
• Quoting & pricing: prepare accurate price estimates and proposals.
• CRM & pipeline tracking: maintain logs of client interactions and sales pipelines in SFDC.
• Cross-functional collaboration with CSR, BO, lab, and supply chain to fulfill requests.
