Axalta is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our facility in Cavenago, Italy. You will be the primary remote point of contact for clients, managing the full inside sales cycle for architectural powder coating solutions, blending commercial drive with technical curiosity to guide B2B customers to the right specifications and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Inside Sales or Account Management within industrial sectors, strong Excel and CRM skills

Competenze

• 2+ years in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Support in industrial sector.
• Ability to read basic technical specifications and discuss coating options.
• Strong Excel and CRM skills; fluent English and Italian required.

Mansioni

• Qualify inquiries and drive new business for architectural powder coatings.
• Provide technical consultation to select appropriate finishes.
• Prepare price estimates and formal proposals.
• Maintain CRM logs and pipeline using SFDC.
• Collaborate with CSR, BO, lab, and supply chain to fulfill requests.
