ERSG Careers seeks an HV Substation Construction Manager to oversee our client's substation projects in Italy, with remote work and regular site and client meeting travel. Your role ensures grid connection matters are managed and Terna relationships maintained.

Required five years on HV substation deliveries, electrical engineering degree, and fluency in Italian and English. You will coordinate with Engineering, PM, and SHEQ teams to meet Grid Code requirements and project milestones.

• Five+ years of experience delivering HV substation projects.
• Experience with grid codes and Italian operators.
• Ability to travel to site regularly.

• Act as the primary contact for all grid connection matters.
• Manage relationships with Terna.
• Review designs for grid code compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Grid Code during construction.
• Develop technical documentation for grid compliance.
