Engage People Recruitment in Italy is seeking an experienced financial sales professional to engage qualified high-net-worth prospects, present the investment proposition clearly, and convert opportunities into new assets under management.

You will manage your own sales pipeline remotely with a highly lucrative commission structure and ongoing access to company-generated leads. The role offers flexibility, a tied agent framework, and opportunities to expand across Italy.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Financial Adviser in Italy with the OCF.
• Experience in investment management, wealth management or financial services.
• Commercially driven with a track record in winning new clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified high-net-worth prospects provided by the business.
• Present the firm's investment proposition clearly and confidently.
• Build trust with prospective clients and understand their investment objectives.
• Convert opportunities into new clients and new assets under management.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from initial conversation through to close.
• Maintain momentum with prospects through regular and professional follow-up.
• Transition newly acquired clients to dedicated Relationship Managers once onboarded.
• Represent a globally recognised investment management business as it grows its presence across Italy.
