Ersilia is seeking a Sales Representative to handle warm inbound leads in the property management sector. This remote, full-time role focuses on converting interested owners into clients, with comprehensive training and no prospecting required.

You will present services, answer questions, and work with the Sales Coach to meet and exceed conversion targets, earning competitive commissions.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and earn in a commission-based role.
• No prior call center experience required.
• Additional languages (English, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
