Job summary

WeRoad is seeking a US-focused social media leader who will own strategy, calendar, and content systems. You will coordinate with HQ and creators to schedule posts, manage assets, and drive audience growth across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook from a remote US-based role.

You will define sourcing, build style guides, brief editors, and run weekly rhythm meetings to keep teams aligned and content flowing. Authorized to work in the US, you bring hands-on tools and a builder’s mindset.

Qualifications

• Built a social program from scratch with style guide, templates, sourcing plan and calendar.
• Hands-on with Canva, CapCut or similar, and Metricool for scheduling and analytics.
• Experience finding influencers and securing UGC rights.
• Ability briefing a video editor and delivering clear briefs.
• Strong organizer; manages asset libraries and runs meetings.
• Voice fits WeRoad: friendly, a little ironic, human.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the US social strategy and calendar end-to-end.
• Define content sourcing ratios and build a scalable system.
• Create and maintain style guide and templates.
• Source and manage creators, negotiate and secure UGC rights.
• Direct video editors with clear briefs.
• Lead weekly rhythm and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Publish across channels using Metricool and HQ assets.
• Monitor performance and feed learnings into strategy.
• Engage with the US audience in WeRoad's voice.
