New Startup (Social Media) seeks a Community Growth & Marketing Lead to join the founding team and drive growth from day one. You will activate local communities, manage ambassadors and influencers, run events, and craft campaigns that shift culture and increase participation.

You will build and manage relationships with brands and partners, launching sponsored collaborations that boost visibility while coordinating online and real-world activations in Italy.

Community Growth & Marketing Lead (Founding Team)

About Us

We are building a new kind of social platform: a new activation channel powered by organic UGC and real participation.

We have launched locally in stealth mode, tested the product, received early traction signals, and engaged with sponsoring brands.

Now it is time to build a strong founding team and grow the business.

The Role

You will lead user growth and community momentum from the ground up. This means activating local groups, managing influencers and ambassadors, running events, and creating campaigns that move culture.

You will also build and manage relationships with brands and partners, working closely with them to launch sponsored collaborations that drive participation and visibility.

You Will Own

• User acquisition and referral loops
• Ambassador and micro-influencer programs
• Partnerships with local communities, events, and brands
• Brand and partner relationships, from outreach to ongoing account management
• Sponsored collaborations and campaign activation
• Social media pages, content, tone of voice, and posting cadence
• Onboarding and retention improvements

What We're Looking For

• You've grown a community-driven or consumer product
• You know how to turn outreach into real engagement
• You are confident building and maintaining relationships with brands and partners
• Comfortable running both online and real-world activations
• Creative, scrappy, proactive, and accountable
• You use AI daily to move faster (content, outreach, research, automation)
• Experience in events, influencer marketing, partnerships, or startup environments is a plus
