Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our growth-focused team. In this role you will identify high-potential leads, convert first contact into a qualified pipeline, and learn the industry inside and out to open doors.

You will be part of a small, entrepreneurial environment with flexible hours, relocation support, and a clear path to impact across European markets, starting in Milan and expanding to remote locations as needed.

• Turn first contact into qualified pipeline. Chase prospects relentlessly and single out opportunities for the sales team to pursue. Keep an up-to-date record of every lead and interaction.
• Learn the industry inside and out. Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers of your industry. Then use that edge to open doors.
• Follow the data. Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest-value actions and opportunities.
