Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented tax leader to own the group’s tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will shape tax strategy, oversee compliance, and coordinate with external advisors to ensure robust tax treatments and efficient structures.

You will collaborate with teams globally, manage interactions with tax authorities, and guide tax-efficient decisions for growth and M&A. Opportunity for remote or hybrid work in eligible locations.

Responsibilities

• Tax strategy & planning: shape and execute the group's tax planning while ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.
• Tax operations & compliance: manage tax processes, accounting and filings with external advisors.
• M&A & extraordinary transactions: lead tax workstreams for acquisitions and other transactions.
• Transfer pricing & international tax: oversee intercompany policies and documentation.
• Tax developments & authorities: monitor changes and manage interactions with authorities.
