Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Medical Devices Installation Project Coordinator based in Italy to oversee planning and delivery of medical equipment installations across EMEIA and APAC regions. You will coordinate projects from surveys to completion, manage schedules for engineers and vendors, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation coordination or project coordination within medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Strong scheduling and administrative skills across multiple sites or regions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from initial site surveys to successful completion.
• Schedule and manage field service engineers, subcontractors, and vendors across regions.
• Serve as primary coordination point between customers, engineers, distributors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Communicate installation schedules, site access requirements and project updates to stakeholders.
• Review site survey data and translate technical requirements to engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports and installation documentation.
• Monitor milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues promptly.
