Job summary
Lever, Inc. seeks an experienced GCP FHIR Architect based in Italy to design and implement scalable cloud architectures for secure healthcare data exchange using HL7 FHIR standards.
You will work with Cloud Healthcare API, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and related services while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance across healthcare environments. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong technical ownership, and the ability to translate interoperability requirements into scalable
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with healthcare focus.
- Deep hands-on HL7 FHIR including STU3 and R4.
- Experience with GCP services listed and data interoperability.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 and privacy controls.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end GCP reference architectures for clinical data.
- Implement healthcare data solutions using GCP technologies.
- Develop scalable workflows for healthcare data processing and interoperability.
- Build pipelines transforming HL7 v2, C-CDA, DICOM into FHIR/JSON.
- Lead architecture, integration, data engineering, security, and cloud implementation.
