TuoTempo is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and evolve features used by clinics and patients. You will own features end-to-end, from backend logic to the user interface, with React/TypeScript on the frontend and PHP on the backend. AI-first development and a collaboration-driven culture are part of daily life.

Join a remote-first environment with offices in Bologna or Barcelona, and contribute to a scalable, healthcare-focused SaaS platform used across multiple regions.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years building and shipping web applications.
• Solid experience with modern frontend architecture (React + TypeScript).
• Solid backend skills with PHP or TypeScript; comfortable with other languages.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain product features end‑to‑end, across frontend and backend.
• Deliver features on the current PHP backend and evolve toward microservices.
• Build user-facing interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Leverage AI tooling in daily development.
• Collaborate with product, designers, and QA to ship features.
