Docplanner's TuoTempo team seeks a Full Stack Engineer to design, implement, and evolve features across the full stack, from frontend interfaces in React/TypeScript to PHP backend services. You’ll work in a remote-first setup with optional in-person days at Bologna or Barcelona, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI tools to ship production-ready features.

The role requires 3+ years of web app development, strong frontend and backend skills, and fluency in Italian with good

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Italian fluency (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years building and shipping web applications.
• Solid frontend architecture experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend skills; PHP or TypeScript valued; other languages welcome.
• Good command of SQL databases.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Comfortable working across the full stack.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain product features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
• Deliver features on the current PHP backend and evolve toward a microservices architecture.
• Build user-facing interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Leverage AI tooling in daily development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ship features.
