Behavox is seeking a Front Office Subject Matter Expert to own data specifications for asset classes and to translate market abuse typologies into actionable risk scenarios within Polaris. You will work with product, engineering and data science teams, while supporting revenue through SME-driven collateral and RFP responses.

The role emphasizes AI-native, agentic workflows and structured data models, with remote-friendly arrangements for candidates based in Italy.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office data or market surveillance in a relevant setting.
• Knowledge of risk/taxonomies and data modelling concepts.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and market abuse typologies.

Responsabilités

• Define data specifications for owned asset classes and validate outputs.
• Turn abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and validate with engineering.
• Maintain URT mappings to regulatory requirements and ensure coverage.
• Support client engagements with SME-reviewed collateral and responses to RFPs.
• Specify requirements for agent-based pipelines and collaborate in GitLab-based workflows.
