Job summary

Prometeia S.p.A. in Bologna is seeking a motivated candidate to join our risk management team. You will analyze risk positions, support liquidity management and contribute to financial planning using our proprietary tools.

The role requires a Master’s degree in economics, finance or engineering, up to one year of banking experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Training and remote work options are available to develop skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance or engineering.
• Up to 1 year experience in the banking sector.
• Preferred knowledge of econometrics.
• Knowledge of bank financial statements and Basel2/ Basel3 concepts is a plus.
• Native Italian and fluent English; second foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Intermediary’s risk position using Asset & Liability Management techniques.
• Conduct Liquidity Risk Management analyses.
• Support economic-financial and patrimonial projections using proprietary tools (Budget/Financial Planning).
• Identify KPIs for monitoring business performance and risk position.
• Assess economic value of banking operators, business units and portfolios (Value Based Management, RAROC).
• Assist in defining Risk Reporting.
• Support ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test analyses.
