Stealth Healthcare AI Startup is seeking a Software Engineer to own features end to end, shaping both product and how we build it. You will work across backend, APIs, and frontend, shipping impactful capabilities in a regulated health-tech environment.

Join a small, fast-moving team with founders, where your voice matters from day one. The role offers remote work across the EU or a Milan-based hybrid setup, permanent contract and stock options.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Willingness to work full-stack, with curiosity to learn new tools and languages.
• Strong habits around automated testing, code review and CI/CD.
• Interest in using agentic coding tools in production.
• Autonomy and proactive mindset; contribute to evolving processes.
• Willingness to work in a regulated space; health software compliance requirements.
• Strong collaboration and empathy; open communication and feedback.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Italian a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Design, build and ship features across the stack: backend services, APIs and user interfaces.
• Integrate AI components (LLMs, agents, pipelines) into a real product with constraints on correctness, latency, and traceability.
• Use agentic coding tools judiciously within daily workflow.
• Contribute to architecture and product decisions in a small team from day one.
