Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical product support and training for the Farapulse and Opal systems within Lombardia. The role covers case procedures, travels extensively, and collaborates with physicians, hospital staff, and sales teams to meet business goals.

You will also work across Access Solutions, educating customers on clinical usage and staying abreast of product developments. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Professional industry experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Biomedical Sciences degree or related field, preferably electrophysiology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical/clinical details.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; other languages welcome.
• Willing to travel extensively and adapt to a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support for case coverage, troubleshooting, and software discussions.
• Educate customers and Boston Scientific staff on Farapulse and Opal system usage through presentations and demos.
• Attend hospital lab cases to support Farapulse and Opal deployments.
• Provide training and feedback to development and sales teams on products and features.
• Travel to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how products meet goals.
• Build relationships with hospital staff and identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Address customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
