Job summary

Clean Chemistry, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Services – F&B to lead field-based technical support for poultry processing customers, emphasizing biomapping, data analysis, and antimicrobial interventions.

The role requires 50–70% travel and on-site support at customer facilities weekly, reporting to Commercial Leadership, with a focus on delivering measurable microbiological improvements and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in commercial poultry processing, food safety, antimicrobial intervention programs, technical services, or related plant operations.
• Experience leading remote field technicians across multiple customer locations.
• Ability to collect field data, conduct biomapping studies, analyze technical metrics, and troubleshoot industrial dosing equipment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with plant operations and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as USDA FSIS Directive 7120.1 or FCN mechanisms and FDA-regulated interventions.
• Willingness to travel heavily to plant sites, offices, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote field technician team across multiple customer locations to deliver top-tier service.
• Provide technical support to poultry processing customers applying antimicrobial interventions.
• Maintain and service antimicrobial dosing equipment at plant facilities.
• Coordinate with plant operations and internal teams to enable plant installations and proper chemical use.
• Monitor plant operations, regulatory developments, and feedback to improve customer success.
• Design and execute biomapping programs to identify microbial hotspots and evaluate intervention performance.
• Collect and translate field data into actionable insights and trend analyses.
• Present technical findings and biomapping results to customers and facility leadership.
