JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and optimize advanced poultry processing equipment across the region. You will work with mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and controls technology to solve technical challenges on customer sites.

You will lead local teams on larger installations, perform preventive maintenance, and provide training to operators and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel within Romania and internationally for projects.
• Collaborative attitude and knowledge sharing with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and optimize poultry processing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to maximise uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues on-site.
• Lead local teams during larger installation and commissioning projects.
• Provide clear progress updates to customers during projects.
• Train customer operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation.
