Tether is seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event-related creative requests across teams. This builder-and-gatekeeper role partners with designers to turn fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, and digital assets.

You\'ll spot risks early, maintain a clear process, and ensure brand consistency while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, production, or project management.
• Experience managing print and digital production for live events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strict deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle intake and triage of event-related creative requests.
• Collaborate with designers to provide complete specs and timelines.
• Manage multiple event workstreams and track status across teams.
• Review deliverables for brand, copy, quality, and technical specs (print/digital).
• Maintain QA processes and learnings across events.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics to meet deadlines.
