Job summary

Tether seeks an experienced Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event-related creative requests from diverse teams. You’ll partner with designers to convert briefs into flawless deliverables—booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites—while spotting risks before they become issues.

You’ll ensure brand alignment, maintain a scalable QA process, and keep assets organized in a shared drive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; knowledge of dieline and print constraints.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests.
• Sharp attention to detail; acts as last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
• Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers.
• Proactive, risk-first mindset; asks what could go wrong and plans accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborates with stakeholders across teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday) and design review tools like Figma.
• Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Request Intake & Triage: Serve as the primary contact for event-related creative requests and scope each deliverable clearly.
• Design Collaboration & Project Management: Brief designers with complete specs and manage multiple workstreams without dropping details.
• Quality Assurance (Print & Digital): Review every deliverable for brand consistency, resolution, color, bleed, formats, and platform specs.
• Event Documentation & Knowledge Management: File all assets and briefs in a shared drive with clear structure for easy retrieval.
• Risk & Logistics Ownership: Anticipate vendor lead times, print windows, scope changes, and build buffers into timelines.
• Cross-Team Partnership: Liaise between business requesters and design, protecting timelines and design time.
