Job summary

Zirak is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop and maintain software for in-vehicle connectivity modules, including TCU and infotainment. You will implement automotive protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet/Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi/ Cellular) and contribute to OTA, telematics, and V2X features.

The role requires 1–2 years in embedded automotive software, strong C/C++ skills, Python scripting, and experience with Git and JIRA, plus teamwork across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of embedded software development experience, preferably in automotive.
• Proficient in C and C++.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Familiar with Git version control and JIRA.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software for vehicle connectivity modules (TCU, infotainment).
• Implement and test CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, and cellular protocols.
• Support OTA updates, telematics and V2X functionalities.
• Assist with integration, debugging, testing and issue resolution on embedded automotive platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems engineering, cybersecurity and cloud teams.
• Adhere to ASPICE, ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR development processes.
