Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join the Data team. You will design, build and scale data pipelines, enforce data quality, and enable self-service analytics across teams.

You will own end-to-end pipelines, implement dbt best practices, document data tooling, and empower engineers, revenue ops and growth with reliable data. The role is remote with global teams, with London, Warsaw or New York offices optional.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and scaling data pipelines.
• Expert knowledge of dbt and data modeling.
• Proficient with Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into robust data solutions.
• Strong documentation and data governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and streamline data pipelines from ingestion to delivery.
• Implement and maintain dbt best practices and data quality controls.
• Build self-service tooling and write clear documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Create AI agents to serve data questions for others.
