Quik Hire Staffing seeks a Corporate Counsel to advise on governance, compliance, and strategic decisions in a fully remote role. You will support high-impact legal initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliant business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, active bar membership, and extensive experience drafting complex agreements, with a strong focus on governance and regulatory matters across jurisdictions.

Competenze

• JD degree required from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one state bar with corporate law experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
• Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to mitigate risk.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings across jurisdictions.
• Lead due diligence for potential transactions and partnerships.
