Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Corporate Counsel for a full-time remote role. You will advise on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions, supporting high-impact initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Juris Doctor license, active bar admission, and experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in at least one state bar with relevant corporate law experience.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.

Mansioni

Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.
Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions.
Lead due diligence processes for potential business transactions and partnerships.
