TÜV SÜD Group is seeking an Associate Client Executive - GRC (f/m/d) in Italy (Remote) to support the international Account Management team with renewals, proposals, and CRM administration, shaping client relationships across regions.

You will develop expertise in risk management, drive retention and growth, participate in RFPs and client presentations, and collaborate with global consultants to deliver high-quality service; a structured development program and remote work model are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related; master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in risk management, consulting, audit, account management, or client-facing commercial role.
• Business fluency in English and French; third language proficiency valued.
• Strong interest in sales, relationship management, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus.

Mansioni

• Support senior Client Executives and the International Account Management team with renewals, proposals, pricing documentation, CRM updates, reporting, and contract administration.
• Develop expertise in client relationship management, retention, and business growth through structured training, mentoring, and active participation in client engagements.
• Assist in new business development activities, including RFP responses, prospect research, and client presentations.
• Represent TÜV SÜD GRC at national and international conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts while supporting retention and growth objectives.
• Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI technologies to improve account management and business development processes.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders across global teams to deliver high-quality service to clients.
