TMF Group in Milan is seeking an Associate Accountant to support clients with accounting, VAT, and tax reporting commitments. You will work with a Supervisor/Coordinator to deliver accurate accounts and timely services to a portfolio of clients.

The role requires up to 5 years of experience, English at B2, and solid MS Office skills. You will handle VAT, IMU/TASI, payroll queries, and prepare simple to intermediate financial reports while maintaining high quality and integrity.

Competenze

• High school diploma or degree in Economics.
• English at least B2 level.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in similar organizations.
• Strong client service and deadline adherence.
• Knowledge of VAT principles and Italian tax matters.
• Understanding of Italian regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and with integrity.

Mansioni

• Perform accounting entries and ensure VAT compliance.
• Calculate monthly withholding tax and prepare tax returns.
• Prepare or assist in financial reports for clients.
• Work with supervisor to meet reporting commitments.
• Create queries and reports on payroll data.
• Escalate queries to senior team members and support clients.
