Job summary

MOLO17 srl in Italy is hiring a mid product engineer to support Gluesync during the CET night shift. You will design, code, test, and review features, working end-to-end with the product team.

You will use Java backend and Kotlin in production, work with SQL and NoSQL sources, and ensure high quality with tests and reviews. Remote work from anywhere with a MacBook Pro and a performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years building backend services in Java.
• At least 1-2 years of Kotlin in production.
• REST APIs, SQL, and at least one NoSQL store.
• You write tests and use Git like a teammate.
• You can reliably work CET nights (22:00-06:00) from wherever you are.

Responsibilities

• Ship features on Gluesync with the product team.
• Own small-to-medium work end to end: design, code, tests, review.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL sources (Oracle, SQL Server, IBM i / DB2, MongoDB, Kafka).
• Keep quality high: automated tests, no silent regressions.
• Take part in customer technical support during CET night shift and feed learnings back into the product.
